The belly meat of our tilapia is a truly precious part of our fish. It is a prized delicacy in Asian cuisine and is used in dishes such as kabayaki, a very popular Taiwanese dish. Despite its exceptional quality, our tilapia belly meat is considered an affordable alternative to the costly unagi eel. It is suitable for direct consumption or cut into slices for nigiri preparation.
Our ASC-certified belly meat is available frozen without skin, bones or scales and in calibrated sizes free from antibiotics. Of course, it is not treated with any moisturizing or coloring agents, and we also offer it halal and kosher.
Sourced from our own integrated, sustainable production facilities, our product is processed fresh on site. And we guarantee complete product integrity and traceability. Our aquacultures are ASC, BAP, BRC, IFS and GMP+ certified.
